1、有效筛选简历，对所负责部门应聘人员进行初步面试、筛选、安排复试；

2、根据现有人员编制和需求编制制定招聘计划，进行招聘，并持续跟踪部门编制和招聘匹配情况；

3、跟踪和收集同行业公司发展和人员流动的信息，有效获取人才；

4、积极拓展并维护其他招聘渠道。

5、领导安排的其他人事行政事务性工作。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历；人力资源、工商管理等相关专业

2、有相关大型物流行业企业招聘工作经验优先；

3、具有良好的精神风貌，人品正直，敢于担当，具有较强的学习能力和上进心；

4、具有良好的谈判和沟通技巧、具有良好的团队合作精神；
