此职位将在香港或深圳工作 

薪资范围  

香港-月薪：税前港币15K-20K  

深圳-月薪：税前人民币10K-15K

岗位职责：

1、负责品牌社交媒体账户的日常运营工作，包括微博、微信、小红书、新闻等文案的策划、撰写、编辑和校对工作。

2、根据品牌需求寻找KOL并与之建立联系、发放礼品、发帖互动、开展活动、市场调查、发展有效粉丝等等；

3、协助上级完成品牌新媒体营销方案、新媒体传播计划的制定，完成社交媒体平台的搭建、管理和运营；根据新媒体市场推广计划，完成新媒体活动的组织、协调与执行；对项目执行效果进行评估，撰写运营报告。

4、把握中国社交媒体上的消费趋势，关注社交媒体热点资讯

    

岗位要求：
1、中文/英文/广告/传播/新闻类专业毕业，本科及以上学历；

2、熟悉微博、微信、小红书等各类新媒体的操作，熟悉社交媒体编辑器的使用，有管理运营企业/商业型社交媒体账户经验尤佳；

3、具备出色的中文写作技能，深厚的文字功底，可独立完成稿件撰写，校对；有新媒体文案撰写、策划相关工作经验，具备新媒体运营、互联网等专业知识，有营销或商务经验尤佳；

4、可流利运用中英双语工作，熟悉繁体中文者优先；熟练使用office办公软件；

5、注重细节，且具有良好的审美能力；熟悉平面、网络媒体在合作推广方面的操作思路，善于捕捉时事热点，熟悉互联网内容传播的规律；

6、高效工作，能确保在项目截止日期前高质量完成任务

7、有4A广告公司、PR市场营销公司、杂志时尚行业、媒体公司工作经验者优先。

This position is open to Hong Kong and Shenzhen

Salary Range (Per Month, Before Tax)

Hong Kong: HKD 15K to 20K

Shenzhen: RMB 10K to 15K

We’re looking for a full-time social media specialist to join our Hong Kong/Shenzhen office.

We are searching for someone who loves social media - posting content, sharing content with friends, and following the biggest brands and celebrities online.

If you have fantastic written and spoken Chinese and English skills, this is your chance to turn your love for social media into a career.

    

The ideal candidate will have:

*Experience managing a corporate/business social media account, including WeChat, Weibo and Little Red Book

*Excellent writing skills in Chinese

*Excellent verbal and written English skills

*A good eye for detail

*The ability to work to tight deadlines

*Speed and accuracy

The following skills are an advantage:

*Work experience in a media agency, magazine, digital marketing or fashion/cosmetics industry

* Good command of traditional Chinese

*Background in business or marketing

    

Your duties will include the following:

*Maintaining clients' social media calendars

*Creating and publishing posts on WeChat and Weibo on behalf of our clients

*Keep good connection with KOLs, do supporting and preparation for campaigns/events, e.g. sending out gifts/materials to KOLs

*Monitor engagement and enquiries on social media profiles

*Keep up to date with consumer trends on Chinese social media

*Support Digital Campaign Manager to execute digital marketing campaigns

This is a great entry-level position in social media and marketing.
