香港-月薪：税前港币30K-50K

    

深圳-月薪：税前人民币20K-34K

岗位职责：

1. 精准地了解客户的业务需求，并清晰及时地反馈给开发人员，为开发团队提供相关建议，启发开发人员开发潜在的新功能或产品
2. 按时解决所有与产品平台相关的咨询及问题
3. 领导提案流程，深度分析客户的需求，确保我们的产品功能满足客户的需求，争取更多商业合作机会
4. 做好项目前后的流程指导与把控，确保项目顺利交付。
5. 协调团队协作，合理分配项目任务，优化资源配置，给出有效降低支持成本的解决方案
6. 确保项目的盈利和质量，做好相关产品性能报告
7. 与客户团队保持长期联络，把握客户需求意图，以赢得新项目

                                

    

岗位需求：

1. 大专及以上学历，商业/市场营销或IT专业背景优先
2. 3年以上工作经验，熟悉项目管理的相关知识，并具有项目全过程管理的能力，在数码/创意公司工作过或具有过业务分析/项目经理的工作经验者优先
3. 具备扎实的技术背景，在数码技术方面具有丰富的经验, 清楚了解技术层面的开发限制以实现行业的***实践
4. 能够很好的理解客户的需求并给出及时的建议或解决方案
5. 熟悉中国互联网，数字领域，例如微信，阿里云，ICP等
6. 熟悉微信开发，例如H5/小程序应用和小程序游戏开发
7. 擅长分析和解决问题，能够在快节奏的环境中独立有效地快速处理多任务
8. 不断学习最新的互联网营销和业务趋势，以便为客户提供***解决方案。
9. 良好的团队合作精神，擅长与人沟通，抗压能力强，具备很好的解决冲突矛盾的能力
10. 注重细节，积极主动，富有创造力
11. 具备出色的中英文表达能力，专业的沟通技巧，可以团队与国外客户中英语无障碍沟通

This position is open to Hong Kong and Shenzhen

    

Salary Range (Per Month, Before Tax)

    

Hong Kong: HKD 30K to 50K

    

Shenzhen: RMB 20K to 34K

    

Qingdao: RMB 19K to 32K

    

Responsibilities:

    

• Understand client's business requirements, provide suggestions and articulate to development team.
• Address all platform-related queries on time
• Lead the proposal process and contribute to pitches
• Maintain accuracy of project estimates during proposal process
• Assign project work and tasks to development teams
• Be responsible for project profitability & quality
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Participate in new business development opportunities.

    

Requirements:

    

• Diploma or above, preferably in business, marketing or I.T.
• Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably from a digital /creative agency or as a business analyst / Project Manager
• Be technical enough to understand development restrictions and industry best practices.
• Can understand requirements quickly and offer ideas and solutions on the spot.
• Familiar with the China digital landscape i.e. WeChat, Aliyun, ICP etc
• Experience in WeChat Development i.e. H5/ Mini Program application and games
• Able to handle multi-tasks and independent in a fast-paced environment
• Keep learning latest Internet Marketing and business trends to be able to provide the best solutions to clients.
• A good team player with great interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, proactive and creative
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
