岗位职责:

1、接到国内外客户的委托订单后，及时安排客户的订舱、拖车、报关等事宜。

2、核对提单、海运文件的制作，能独立完成一票到底的操作。

3、多方面的去协调船公司、客户、以及公司其它需要配合的部门，共同服务好客户。

4、独立处理客户的突发事件以及投诉。

岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历

2. 1年以上海运操作经验

3. 熟悉OFFICE软件的使用，CET 4及以上。

4. 为人真诚，耐心，有责任心， 善于和客户做有效的沟通， 具有高度的团队合作精神。
