职位描述
Cashier Management:
-Ensure cashiers working in line with company policy.
-Monitor cashier activities by daily/weekly/monthly base.
-Random check OA office through counting cash equivalents.
-Keep SAP and financial relevant files in a good manner.
-Random check retail price throughout the store.
SAP Inventory Management:
-Arrange goods receiving, goods return, and store internal transfer timely.
-Monitor goods write-offs including GM S&D, Food waste, self-supply, RTM and etc. Ensure physical goods movement consistency of SAP system movement.
-Regularly check SAP inventory situation, report and deal with abnormity properly and punctually.
Profit Protecting:
-Organize cycle count by planning detailed schedule for each store.
-Monitor cycle count can be carried out smoothly and timely.
-Adjust after discrepancy has been realized by store manager and section supervisors.
Reports and Analysis:
-Run reports and performance figures for line managers and section supervisors
-Highlight or alarm the abnormity for line managers.
-Provide proper comments in reports if necessary.
-Maintain HHT and update latest system information timely.
Store consumables control:
-Collect the necessary information to adequately monitor, control and predict the cost of store consumables.
-Keep consumables stock reasonable and correct.
-Suggest and follow up on specific cost-saving activities.
HR Function:
-Execute all kinds of policies and procedures related to HR.
-Handle related procedure of staff registration and exit.
-Stat. and collect attendance/leave/OT record and medical insurance
-Run all kinds of HR reports weekly/bi-weekly/monthly
-Manage and file staff information and documents
-Support HO training manager for training courses arrangement and record/tracking after training.
-In charge of training materials and data management.
