Title: Corporate Communications Director
Position Summary:
The head of Corporate Communications will be responsible for the strategic development and tactical implementation of communications and media relations program, which includes the day-to-day management of the communications team. He/she will be relied upon to oversee the strategic planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting of all corporate communications activities both externally and internally.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead a team responsible for the overall corporate communication strategy, planning, budgeting, and communications program implementation activities to help promote corporate initiatives through all internal and external communications;
2.Lead the development of the company related to brand media strategy and participate in the implementation, monitoring the dissemination of results;
3.Develop and maintain the relationship with media, including cooperative strategy, cooperation schemes, cooperation projects and etc;
4.Develop and implement CSR strategy, build the system and process of CSR;
5.Undertake the large-scale brand public relations activities;
6.Take responsibility for brand building, including positioning, architecture, visual brand management and etc.
7.In charge of managing the press office.(spokesperson system,media interview, writing and auditing press releases, team building, evaluation system.)
Qualification requirement:
1.Having a minimum of 10 years experience in MNC including experience at the senior management or executive level in corporate communications, PR,CSR or brand building;
2.Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree major in Public Relationship, Media, Journalism or related field with an MBA or Masters preferred.
3.Good track record of PR cases and team management is essential for this role;
4.Solid hands-on experience in PR, brand building and CSR, has wide range of interpersonal relationships resources both inside and outside the industry, get hold of a wealth of information resources and channels;
5.Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills,excellent problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and act tactically.
