Together we can…

? Responsible for Professional  lighting  Product Management.

? Responsible for product development, market introduction, product lifecycle management.

? Define and drive  both short term and long term product roadmap.

? Define and drive Value Proposition Creation, leveraging customer /market insights, link with innovation and technology roadmap to deliver a rich customer experience at the same time manage  profitability of the product portfolio.

? Constant monitor & analyse market competition and technology to find  new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

? Support market for all necessary technical & commercial requirements.

? Manage IGM and Profitability at Product/ Systems/ Services level.

? Drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, organization agility. 

? Establish a winning spirit and embed our culture within Product Management teams.

? Define the product strategy and product plans and translate into clear product specifications so as to achieve sound business result in short, mid and long terms.

? Guide and drive the development of new products from the initial phase until the final product, in order to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time for the defined market segment.

? Prepare and plan, together with the sales channels, the market introduction of the new products, including promotion material and product information, in order to generate the largest impact in the market.

? Follow the business during the lifecycle of the product and take corrective actions when needed, in order to generate the maximum profit contribution during the whole life cycle

You are…

Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:

? Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration in Marketing/Sales or a related discipline

? 5+ years involving marketing responsibilities within a large technology company with predominance of systems and services

? Prior experiences in lighting or related industry will be highly regarded

? 4+ years of in-depth knowledge in product positioning, pricing, sales, distribution, service and promotion plan to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, business penetration beyond the technical characteristics of the product.

? Experience in market/customer facing operations: Business to Business (B2B) go-to-market models

? Experience Data Management and analytics is preferred

? Strong team player with ability to lead and influence
