Responsibility:
1.Ensure a smooth and effective management of employee and vendor payment

• Review the staff reimbursement, to validate the supporting documents according to the company policy. Process the AP entry in SAP system and Concur system to check.
• Check the vendor payment application, NIPS and ensure the invoice in line with the tax requirement.
• Collaborate with stores and ensure the petty cash in well control.
• Prepare documents for any external/internal audit and tax audit
• Month end closing, expense review and general accrual
• Perform the inter-co reconciliation, expense analysis
• Perform basic analysis and follow up pending issues

2.Support external/internal audit and tax audit.

• Support to find proper system information
• Support to review and check the hard copy documents

3.Support internal control Process, such as store stock take

• Involve warehouse , store stock take and prepare report
• Follow internal control policy perform expense review

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 2 to 3 years working experience
• Certificate of accounting profession
• Experience in account payable administration is preferred
• good communication in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS office especially Excel
• SAP experience is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills, able to respond to internal clients with a proper way and build positive working relationships and interactions
• Detail–oriented
• Well organized, able to handle multi-tasks with priorities
