RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consults with BHR, hiring managers to understand hiring objective, skill requirements, background and experience needed.
• Ensure best practice in recruitment and selection activities are maintained with regard to company policy, Local Employment Legislation, business requirements, among others.
• Source and manage resumes.
• Other recruiting relevant process
• Sourcing Channel Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree or equivalent
• Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting and good understanding of the recruitment process, at least 2 years’ experience in the Healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and good in English is required.
• Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player with good inter-personal skills
