Responsibilities:

?Air Sourcing → all Products with Air Perspective, FIT/ GIT/ Hotel + Air Package/ Tailor-Made;

?Very familiar with TO agency and able to resolve Air resourcing requirements, especially Japan/Southeast Asia from the trade market;

?To tailor made the Air proposal based on the clients' requirements;

??Duty Traval Air Quotations/ Tickeiting for all staff (internal/ oversea station) Bookings; following    up services delivery- Rebkg/ Cancellation Handle;

?Monthly TMC/ Group Airline Billing statement check;  

?Airline platform pricing and deposit payments ; daily work with Deposit Deadline actions and issue the tickets;  

???Air Resource maintenance for Silk and close working with IT Team for developing and optimize Air Pre-buy function;

?Indoor support for Group Airlines; Marketing Intelligence and Database Maintenance;

?FIT AUTO Pricing Project

?Taking on additional tasks assigned by Superiors & Management;

?Following defined procedures within the Ticketing Team and actively contributing to improving the procedures at the department;

Experience / qualifications:

?College or university degree above;

?Master DGS system like: Travelsky/ Amadeus; able to handle ticketing will be a must

?At least 3 years’ + experience in TO Agents, operator Function;

??Sense of responsibility;

?Independent and customer friendly;

?Good Microsoft Windows Knowledge (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);

?Demonstrated professional customer service skills;

?Ability to work shifts when needed or scheduled;

?Requires the ability to work and cooperate with other employees and clients at all levels and from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas to facilitate the task at hand.
