Report to Resourcing and Talent Leader
Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Determine Graduate Sourcing Strategies
· Work with Resourcing Leader and LoS HR on national resourcing plan to determine on the following: sourcing, phasing and budget
· Leverage & Mix
- Facilitation of National Graduate and long term resource plan
- Number required
- Source: local versus overseas universities, Accounting major versus non-Accounting, etc.
- Timing: to correlate with business performance
2. Strengthen Client Relationships
· PwC Strategy & Policy on relationship with undergraduates,placement office and professors of universities - Build and strengthen long term relationship with undergraduates, placement offices and professors of universities.
- Attend students/universities’ activities
· PwC strategy & policy on graduates recruitment
- Build relationship with graduates during recruitment process so that PwC is considered as “employer of choice”.
· Profile of Graduate Recruitment Campaigns within PwC -Partners, managers and staff
- To promote graduate recruitment within the firm
- Strengthen Partners’ and Managers’ commitment to graduate recruitment campaigns.
· PwC policy on recruitment of Partner’s/Client’s referral candidates - Maintain code of conduct.
3. Campaign Methodology and Tools
· Implement & Facilitate Firm-Wide Graduate Recruitment Initiatives
- Issue analysis, e.g. recruitment cost of accounting versus non-accounting graduates, sourcing of candidates, etc.
- Design and develop recruitment campaigns (for both undergraduates and graduates), methodology and tools
- Recruitment campaign planning & implementation
- Communication with the business
- Gaining Partner support on manpower requirement for new selection processes
4. Coaching
· Graduate Recruitment HR Team Leadership
Management, coaching and development of a team of Graduate
Recruitment HR staff in Hong Kong and China.
Requirements
· Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Sciences;
· At least 10 years’ working experience, preferably in graduate recruitment within a services or multinational corporation environment;
· Experience within a multi-cultural, preferably Chinese environment is desirable;
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
· Strong negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
· Client service focus with demonstrated resourcefulness,initiative and flexibility;
· Proven project management experience and strong organization skills;
· Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction;
· A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
· A team player;
· Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands;
· A 'can do' attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team;
