Roles & Responsibilities:

 

• Customs Handbook registration, amendment, reconciliation and good management to avoid variance and customs risks.

• Classify HS code and maintain HS code database

• Obtain Export License, DG package, Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical goods and etc conforming to trade compliance requirements from local government authorities in daily export operations.

• Prepare customs clearance documents and CIQ for export cargoes.

• Arrange booking to forwarder according to delivery plan to ensure on time delivery.

• Responsible for the negotiation and solution of various emergent problems in customs clearance

• 3PL communication and coordination, such as forwarder, brokerage to maximize efficiency and documentation accuracy to avoid trade compliance risk.

• Forwarder billing statement, payment and invoice verification.

• Contribute to establish and implement efficient export processes and procedures with compliance to latest laws and regulations.

• Support internal and external audit related to Trade/Customs compliance.

• Manage and process overseas customer orders with planning, production team to secure on-time delivery, provide professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance for trouble shooting..

• Handle customer claim, find out solutions and coordinate reverse flows. Coordinate insurance company regarding the claims.

• Co-ordinate KPIs/metrics reporting relating to export transactions.

• Maintain and filing necessary export records, files and reports.

• Complete other assignment by managers

• Good reading, written and spoken English skill.
• Good knowledge on international trade & logistics flow  
• Good communication / influencing skills
• Related SAP knowledge and experience.                        
• Positive and Self-start work attitude, good team player and ‘Can do’ spirit.
• Strong analytical and simulation skills
• Result oriented and customer focus, entrepreneurial spirit and a team player

        

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education/Training Required:

College degree or above ,major in international trade or logistics

• Work Experience Required:

3+ years working experience in import and export or related.
