Position: Sales Engineer 销售工程师

Reporting line: Sales Manager 销售经理

Purpose & Responsibility 目的与职责:

• Support IAM and Project distributors to develop and maintain workshop customer’s business. 支持售后市场和项目经销商开发并维护客户所需的业务门店

• Assist Sales Manager to develop and maintain the market and distributor network in correspond target business segment. 协助销售经理开发并维护目标市场和经销商网络。

• Assist Marketing team in distributor and workshop customer marketing activitties. 协助市场部的市场活动：促销，展会，培训，公共关系，调研等。

• Take business actions to meet the sales and margin target according to Sales Manager’s instruction. 根据销售经理的指示，完成销售和利润目标。

• Take product and technical training for customer periodically and compatibly, solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfy the customers 定期给客户提供产品和技术类培训，独立有效的为客户解决问题。

• Check and analyze the customer demands and market trends, report to sales manager and technical support team timely 制作分析客户需求和市场趋势，定期向销售经理和技术支持团队汇报。

• Cooperate with other departments to provide satisfactory and efficient customer service 与其他部门合作，提供高效满意的客户服务。

• Give support to accounting department on timely money collect and credit reviews 定期支持财务部门做款项回收和信用审核。

• Other tasks assigned by the top management 其他领导层分配的工作。

  Skills/Abilities 技能/能力:

• Technical ability to have a basic understanding of products 对产品有基本技术知识。

• Being strong in communication and execution 优秀的沟通和执行能力

• Being independent, flexible and a good team player 独立，灵活，有团队精神

• Confidentiality and high moral 保密并有商业道德

• Customer service oriented 从客户服务为宗旨

• Can travel within China on business needs 能配合业务需求在中国境内出差

  Education/Experience教育/工作经验:

• College degree, Engineering or Automotive background. 工程或汽车专业的大学学历

• Minimum 1 year working experience in automotive IAM industry. 至少一年的汽车行业销售经验。
