职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责贸易开证和收证初审，收单和制单的初审和制作，交单等单据结算的全过程执行和跟踪，确保单证的质量及各项条款的正确性；
2、负责商务函电、合同的翻译与归档工作；
3、联系沟通客户，及时反馈客户定单情况；
4、上级交办的其他相关工作。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业、英文6级及以上；
2、有贸易单证相关领域工作经验、有外企相关工作经历者优先考虑；
3、熟悉外贸单证操作流程，熟悉信用证及相关知识，有一定财务基础知识者优先考虑；
4、熟练的英文口头及书面表达技巧，熟练操作常用办公软件；
5、工作作风细致、严谨，有较强的工作热情和责任感。
