工作职责:

1. Responsible for sales of ENGEL’s PAC/MED related products in one of the sales regions in China (either East or South or North region).

2. Follow target customers and sales leads provided by the Business Development Manager PAC/MED

3. Identify additional new customers and sales leads in the PAC/MED Industry of the region

4. Agree for existing PAC/MED customers with area sales managers in the region on responsibility

5. Work together with Business Unit PAC/MED Asia for support to acquire market and product relevant information

6. Product presentation at customer site

7. Figure out customer needs and translate those into quotes, to be refined in further discussions with customer

8. Negotiate sales orders with customers

9. Hand over orders to business unit PAC/MED ASIA for order processing and support the order execution

10. Actively work with CRM system and report on business and market progress on a regular base

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanics, electrics or plastics …)

2. 3 years experience in sales or engineering (plastics in the area of PAC/MED preferred)

3. Very good communication skills, MS-Office skills

4. English level min. CET 4 (preferred CET 6)

5. Self-confident with negotiation skills

6. Willingness to travel

7. Working with ICON and e-VIS

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
