4.负责公司或部门人力资源劳动关系、招聘培训、薪酬绩效等相关模块具体工作；

5.完成行政人事日常其他工作及领导交办事项

岗位要求

1.人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历

2.3年以上人力资源工作经验；

3.熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；

4.熟练使用word、excel等相关办公软件；

5.具有良好的沟通与协调技巧，善于处理各种人际关系；具有良好的职业道德，责任心强，工作认真负责
