Key Responsibilities

Domestic business

• Handle domestic metals spot purchase/sales

• Prepare contract

• Issue provisional / final invoice

• Issue payment order

• Make payment to local suppliers

• Liaise with local suppliers to ensure businesses to be carried out smoothly

• To manage the insurance, transport, delivery and warehousing on domestic transportation

  Import / Export business

• Handle some spot FOB metals purchases and relevant shipments

• Follow up TTS’ exportation of domestic purchased metals

• Follow up TTS’ importation of metals

• Issue booking note

• Follow up pricing issue

• Prepare L/C draft and communicate with counterparty to generate final version and apply for opening L/C

• Liaise with shipping agent to book ship space and ensure shipment to be effected timely

• Liaise with warehouse agent to implement inspection and issue warehouse receipt

• Prepare relevant documents when L/C presentation needed

• Get instructions from traders and implement them and update information of interflex

• Liaise with counterparty to solve various problems happened during the implementation of contracts
