职位描述

TITLE: E-Commerce Manager

- Global leading wines and spirits company has a large portfolio international brand.

- Shanghai Location

- E-Commerce channel management and development



Key Responsibility:

This role is to explore and grow up E-Commence business of the group in China, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to really drive and accelerate the company's web earnings and profile.

1. Identify, validate and prioritize sales opportunities in E-Commerce channel to ensure short and long term goals will be attained.

2. Build strong partnership and strategic collaboration with E-Commerce customers; address their any current or future needs and actionable plan.

3. Grow sales in line with company's channel strategy and targets Pro-actively drive and be accountable for the day to day management of the E-Commerce business Work with multi-functional teams to implement the strategy and plan for ecommerce account, monitor, evaluate performance and deliver business result;

4. 3rd party management and negotiation for supervising customer service, warehouse and operations


Qualifications

1. 3-5 years sales management experience in an E-Commerce environment and proven success managing E-Commerce business
2. consumer goods industry knowledge is preferred
3. Sound planning, negotiation and communication skill
4. High level of personal initiative, and self-motivated
5. Hands on and detail oriented style
6. Action and results oriented.
7. Excellent team worker
8. Fluent in English writing and speaking;
