Job Description
Contribute to the development of professional CRES operations processes and procedures toalign with CRES objectives and guidelines.
发展及改善专业化的企业不动产运营流程，以与企业不动产部目标和指导方针保持一致。
Ensure compliance with established processes as well as implementation of best practices.
确保现有流程的合规性，并致力于实施最优实践方法。
Manage assigned vendor relationships to the benefit of the Bank.
从银行利益出发, 对现有供应商进行有效的管理。
Handle general operations functions within team and provide professional day-to-day service to all areas of the Bank.
负责非区域性的企业不动产运营事务, 为银行提供专业化的服务。
Be responsible for overall implementation, execution and completion from Group CRES initiatives of GFM etc, as well as supporting the Bank projects as of sports images etc.
负责由企业不动产部集团倡导的GFM等 项目，以及银行内部的项目如Sports Image等。
To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.
定期对关键控制进行自我检查, 从而对现有控制的功能和完备性进行评估.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage standardized operations procedures to ensure efficient mechanism within team as well as to meet business requirements.
管理运营流程, 以确保在部门内部形成有效的运营机制，并向用户提供最有效的服务水平。
Execute contract review and negotiations. Establish appropriate vendor management with KPI and SLA established.
执行合同审核和谈判。建立确切的服务水平协议和供应商管理。
Ensure compliance with established processes as well as implementation of best practices.
确保现有流程的合规性，并致力于实施最优实践方法。
Provide specialist advice and support to business units on operations activities as required.
根据用户需求向业务部门提供专业的运营方面的意见及援助。
Obtain users’ requirements. Provide prompt feedback and improve users’ satisfaction to Operations delivery.
获取用户需求。提供及时反馈，并增进用户对运营服务的满意度。
Lead the planning and implementation of various projects. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all related stakeholders.
带领不同项目的计划及实施。不断监督并向项目管理层汇报项目的进度。
Define business requirements. Responsible for produce implementation plan and project specific delivery.
明确业务部门的需求。负责制定实施计划表和项目落实情况。
Behave as a good team player. Work in sound relationship with others inside and outside of CRES operations team to demonstrate effective results.

To report unit’s OR issues and losses to UORM.
向单位操作风险经理汇报所存在的风险和损失.
