Job Description
This role will support the customer-centric digital strategy to enhance the customer acquisition effectiveness by closely monitoring channel performance and working with frontline to enhance the leads-to-customers conversion rate.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1) Leads Management
- Coordinate customer acquisition performance by channel and deliver a consolidated report on a daily basis
- Closely monitor visits-to-leads and leads-to-customers conversion rate of each channel and provide suggestions and actions to optimize the results.
- Co-work with iRM / MA / SBIM team to deliver a smooth leads tracking process and ensure the data accuracy
- Deliver a monthly leads tracking report with in-depth analysis
2) Frontline Engagement
- Monitor frontline performance and drive learning to continuously enhance the leads to customers conversion rate
- Prepare for frontline communication materials and coordinate trainings or road shows to enhance frontline education
- Communicate with frontline in a timely manner to solve backend system or operation issues and provide prompt supports
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree preferably in business or technology;
- 3 years working experience preferable in financial industry.
- Internal staff / frontline familiar with the SCB's operation procedure and system is preferred;
- Relevant experience in managing and launching business projects
- Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese;
- Excellent software skills include Excel and PowerPoint;
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Highly self-motivated and well prepared to take on challenges
- Resilience, with strong leadership, sense of responsibility, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and strong execution skills.
- Acute in identifying opportunities and solutions.
