KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:
- To perform daily repetitive tasks required for each digital initiative, pre and post launch
- To support administrative tasks in Digital Ventures, including administration of iLab
- To develop merchant network required for digital initiatives

KEY OUTCOMES:
Digital Initiatives
- Performs manual input required for content provision
- Supports marketing and launch campaigns

Administration
- Supports iLab program, ensuring daily administrative tasks are completed
- Supports Digital Ventures team for administrative needs

Merchant Development
- Builds and maintains relationships with small to medium-sized individual merchants
- Uses clear and appropriate communication - both written and spoken skills and face-to -face interaction
- Reviews ongoing partnerships and identify further partnership opportunities

Work Management
- Balances and prioritises each task
- Responds to unexpected team and internal partner demands, and handles with minimal disruption

Risk & Control
- Ensures all laid out policies and procedures are complied with within team
- Maintains the Bank’s reputation and consistent communication to partners

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Organised and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritise, manage and direct multiple activities.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new technology applications
- Strong communications skills: ability to build clear and effective communications that drive action
- Effective interpersonal skills - must be able to work at all levels of the organisation – with senior executives, middle management and other staff
- Good listening and questioning skills
- A self-starter who is able to initiate, manage and, when necessary, escalate potential obstacles
