职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:
- To oversee all aspects of written content development, and ensure the quality and consistency of the deliverables
- To manage and work with vendors to deliver the written content required for each digital initiative
- To develop written materials for both internal and external consumption
KEY OUTCOMES:
Digital Initiatives
- Leads specific digital initiatives, delivering on the agreed success measures (implementation, adoption, revenue creation, brand)
- Oversees specific digital roadmaps or agendas, achieving the committed goals and objectives
Copywriting (External)
- Writes copy for digital initiatives and marketing campaigns, delivering written content in both Chinese and English
- Writes copy for internal broadcasts and campaigns, delivering written content in both Chinese and English
- Works with translation vendors, delivering on the agreed specifications and written output
- Mentors and develops understanding of effective copywriting, in both the team and wider bank community
Communications
- Builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external communications partners
- Uses clear and appropriate communication - both written and spoken skills and face-to -face interaction
- Reviews ongoing partnerships and identify further partnership opportunities
Risk & Control
- Ensures each initiative complies with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintains the Bank’s reputation and value of the Brand
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, written and spoken
- Prior experience in advertising, media or communication industry is a plus
- Strong communications skills: ability to build clear and effective communications that drive action
- Effective interpersonal skills - must be able to work at all levels of the organisation – with senior executives, middle management and other staff
- Organised and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritise, manage and direct multiple activities.
- Sound understanding of digital trends and emerging technology, particularly in Asia.
- Knowledge of financial services and digital banking is a plus.
