Job Description
- Develop innovative strategies, product propositions based on customer needs, to achieve both footing and revenue growth
- Lead end-to-end new deposit product launch projects, including but not limited to product feature design, selling process development, system enhancement, L&C clearance, marketing campaign, product training, and dealing with all sorts of miscellaneous ad-hoc issues.
- Improve existing product process management by working closely with OR, BSS, PmB, L&C, CBO and other stakeholders
- Manage marketing related affairs, including contract signing, expenses handling, marketing event coordination, and third party alliance
- Lead system based projects by working with both onshore and offshore stakeholders to closely monitor project progress and assure a timely implement
- Liaise with L&C for consultancy on regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- to meet deposit footing target
- to achieve footings and revenue growth
- to lead end-to-end product launch process
- to manage both local and global initiated projects
Qualifications & Skills
- at least 4 years personal banking experience
- bachelor degree holder or above in finance or economics
- solid knowledge of deposit product footings, margins, revenue, pricing
- system based project management skills are preferred
- a good team player with negotiation skills, also an active self-starter
- outstanding problem solving skills
- good command of English speaking and writing
