Responsibilities:
1 Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO
2 Manage CEO's appointment and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of CEO's time.
3 Maintain complex, ever changing schedules to ensure CEO is well briefed and prepared including full diary management, daily schedules, travel arrangements & itineraries, meeting arrangements including agendas, minutes, actions, reviews, and department meetings.
4 Maintain CEO's special/strategic projects. Advises, supports, assists, coordinates, and collaborates on special projects which are highly complex, and involve creation and oversight of multifaceted teams.
5 Facilitate smooth communications between CEO and other executives, managers, and employees; and between CEO and external parties.
6 Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time. These activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, takings and distributing minutes, etc.
7 Handle confidential information and maintain the security of CEO's records and files.
8 Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

We are looking for a high calibre person with the following qualities:
1 Degree qualified (or diploma along with excellent work experience)
2 Top-notch command of English (both spoken and written)
3 At least 4 years experience supporting seniors (ideally country heads)
4 Exposure in a consulting environment will be a substantial advantage
5 Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
6 Creative thinking / problem solver
7 Able to communicate well at all level
8 Able to work late if required
9 Good organizational and planning skills
10 Proficient in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
