主要职责：
1. 负责各项目资料的归档；
2. 负责各项目合同的流转手续；
3. 负责图纸的收发及打印；
4. 负责安排会议，并做好会议纪要；
5. 负责相关翻译
6. 根据自身专业情况，可作为相关专业助理；
7. 处理部门各项日常行政事务及上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
- 年 龄：22岁以上
- 教育程度：大专或以上
- 主修科目：建筑专业及其他相关专业
- 工作年资：一年以上经验
· 工作经验： 一年以上资料员、文员或部门助理的工作经验
· 专业技能：熟悉设计常用软件（CAD、potoshop等），熟练使用各种通用办公软件，英语熟练
· 个人性格：敬业踏实，认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力
