2. 制定部门员工绩效方案
3. 定期对销售团队业务流程进行优化
4. 对部门工作计划的执行进行监督
5. 控制营运成本及其他费用支出
6. 协助完成合同洽谈、EAS进程推进等工作
7. 负责董事会汇报文件的汇总

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，理工科专业背景
2. 有大型房地产公司营销管理经验，熟悉房地产营销工作各个流程
3. 熟悉费用控制，数据分析
4. 文字功底强，英文熟练
