岗位职责：
1. 负责集团及各项目间的资金调拨方案；
2. 负责各项目每月的资金使用计划的审核；
3. 负责各项目公司投资分红方案的策划；
4. 负责整体筹划所有的外汇结/购汇方案；
5. 负责策划各项目公司的融资、理财方案。
岗位要求：
1. 10年以外资房地产工作经验;有资金管理经验者，或集团公司工作经验者优先；
2. 或者超过10年，经理以上级别的银行工作经验；
3. 与银行保持长期的良好关系，并熟知外汇的相关业务；
4. 财务或相关专业学士学位；
5 协调沟通能力突出。
