岗位职责:

? Responsible for data maintenance (Vendors/Employees/Customers/Foreign Exchange Rate/Finance data) in ERP system.
? Maintain system category code and standardizing the category code management
? Work closely with accounting team for system monthly close
? Periodically System setup review with managers and bring attention for any potential risk for system setup
? Responsible for documentation, procedure and any adjustment hardcopy file
? Responsible for team administrative work.
? Other responsibilities assigned by manager.

任职资格:

Education and Experience:
? Graduated from university with Business related major (Secretary /Business Administration / Finance / Accounting etc.)
? At least 1 year of work experience, experience of secretary/administrative assistant is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:
? Good at administrative tasks, good organizational skills are required.
? Good Communication skills are essential, both in English and Chinese.
? Proficient in excel and word, PC skills on MS office software are required. Experience of ERP system is a plus.

Qualifications:
? Graduated from university with Business related major (Secretary / Business Administration / Finance / Accounting etc.)
? At least 1 year of work experience.
? Positive attitude, diligent, careful and optimistic characters, capability of multi-tasks and working under pressure.
