职位描述
1.Provide the full spectrum of Human resources support for Shenzhen office, Fitness and Sport Equipment Function (including job advertisement, interview, initial evaluation for the interviewee, assessment arrangements, preparation of Attachments of Labour Contract and Amendments to Attachments of Labour Contract, termination of the contracts, employee relationship, dismissal etc.) ;
2.Make plans for the training and make analysis of training records consisted of entry orientation, on-the-job training, and training for professional skills etc. for human resources reserve and staff personal development;
3.Daily office/function management on attendance report, sick, annual leave management, HR documents/employee files management etc.;
4.Expatriates' and relatives support and management including leasing/rental contract management, work permit & resident permit application & renewal, home flight tickets, kids' tuition/school and etc.;
5.Thorough understanding of the details of FESCO contract and service items; check and confirm monthly bills;
6.Monitor payroll and monthly reports to Senior HR Manager and Top Management of the company;
7.Cooperate with all the other functions in the company .
任职资格:
1. Fluent English speaking (CET-6 or TEM-8) and good written English, additional Russian is preferable;
2. 3-5 years HR-related working experiences and at least one year HR managerial position;
3 Bachelor degree or above degree required. Major in HR or attendance in related courses.HR professional Certificate is a plus;
4. Familiar with MS softwares;
5.Attitude and Abilities' Requirements
(1) Good team working spirit;
(2) Strong proactive, passionate, professional, mature and independent;
(3) Professional and good in communication and coordination.
(4) Should be a quick-learner, and can work under pressure and provide the HR total solutions.
(5) Acknowledge local labor regulation, management of remuneration, manpower, insurances, training etc.
