Responsibilities

? Leads functional design meetings and  documents business requirements and technical specifications. Works with  external software vendors to turn specifications into software solutions.

  

  

? Prepares project plans and testing schedules. Coordinates testing activities and works closely with internal business groups and outside third-party vendors to ensure the successful implementation of new processes and sales order management systems.

  ? Leads and/or participates in the end-to-end  testing of ERP, EDI and third-party interfaces for supply chain. Assists in  developing integrated test scripts, preparing test materials, executing  integrated testing and documenting the results.

  ? Identifies and solves complex technical supply  chain problems by providing configuration and integration design for Hach China’s  Oracle EBS ERP, EDI, and various partner interfaces.

  

  ? Documents operating procedures and technical  support material for affected areas of the business. Prepares detailed,  step-by-step procedures for each process and updates procedures as processes  evolve.

  

  

? Designs, develops  and delivers training by the project requirements.

  

  

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in business, supply chain management, computer science, information systems.
• 5+ years’ experience in a role of System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Should have min 3yrs experience in Oracle application, be familiar with Oracle Order Management Module.
• Experience in testing the interface (between oracle and any legacy systems)
• Experience in OA system like Weaver（泛微OA）.
• Have supply chain business process understanding
• Proficient in MS office Excel Features.
• Quick learner with good analytical skill and good attitude
• Ability of SQL to perform the query, update , modify.
