We are currently looking for a __Digital & Data Analytical Associate Director___ to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for All media related data analysis for a leading Multi-national client.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Quickly understand our clients’ business status and media strategy, especially media strategy in digital media and ecommerce media
- Quickly catching up with current analytics solutions for different media channels in the team
- Build up good communication and relationship with related teams, such as strategic planning teams, ecommerce operation teams, tactical planning teams.

In six months:
- Be capable to independently manage one Marketing Mix modelling (statistical regression modelling) project of one brand and provide strategic suggestions to client brand
- Be familiar with ecommerce media buying operation rules on various ecommerce platforms, as well as various ecommerce tracking data across different platforms
- Be familiar with different media performance measurement solutions on ecommerce and provide ecommerce media strategic suggestions to clients

In 12 months:
- Be capable to lead marketing mix modelling for measuring media performance of key brands and build insightful stories and present to client team
- Be able to lead regular ecommerce analysis deliverables and provide insights to client
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
- Lead the team to accomplish Marketing Mix analytics (statistical regression modeling) every 6 months delivering valuable and insightful learning and recommendations to clients
- Lead the team to run ecommerce competitive analysis every month, to deliver integrated ecommerce strategic insights and recommendations to clients
- Lead the team to well manage all digital media related data and ecommerce database
- Support team to deal with issues happened related to digital media tracking
- Provide innovative analytical thinking/solutions to big team/client on new analysis requirement related to digital media and ecommerce media
- Fully support client’s media committee meeting on data/insights providing

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years working experience in data analysis/modelling analysis, prefer experience in media/digital media/ecommerce media analysis
- Solid understanding and insight of China FMCG market and China media/digital media/ecommerce media market
- Strong sense of data and analytics, interest in media, and desire to take challenges
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, SPSS, SQL, R or other related skills preferred
- Good communication skills, and enjoy working with different teams
- Fluency in English in both speaking and writing
