1.        Responsibilities 

• Translates business plan into long term component requirements, understands planning concept and logic how the forecast is generated/calculated
• Component (strategic) management for the selected suppliers/components
• Component capacity and shortage management
• Explains the forecast deviations by delta analysis on forecast inputs
• Order execution for buy and sell components
• Defines and owns procurement methodology
• Liability and EXOB management (raw material focused)
• Material risk buy process management
• Supplier performance management
• Defines the inventory plan to ensure required service level and understands the concept inventory management (for instance consignment, VMI, JIT)
• Monthly SMOS and OB review and analysis

 

2.     Requirements

·          Knowledge of Supply Chain, Planning and Systems.

·          Experience in SC Operations

·          Experienced in project improvements (green belt profile-

·          Cultural awareness/experience.

·          Strong drive for Operational Excellence (details!)

·          Strong analytical skills

·          Stakeholder Management

·          Fluent in English

·          Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems.

·          Pro-active behavior.

·          Result driven withspeed and exeuction mindset
