Position Purpose
职位概要
Responsible for sales management of international hotel chain accounts and key account within district and assist sales team in completion of sales and profit targets.
负责区域内国际连锁酒店客户及重点客户的销售管理,并协助团队完成销售和利润目标。

Responsibilities
工作内容 Maintain existing corporate accounts, develop business of new corporate and other key accounts, strengthen cooperation with corporate and other key accounts to realize annual sales and profit budget; creatively introduce Guardian products and services to corporate and other key accounts, strengthen Guardian’s penetration on existing corporate and other key accounts, identify other requirements of corporate and key accounts which Guardian can satisfy.
维护现有集团客户,开发新的集团客户及其它重点客户业务,巩固佳得安与集团客户及其它重点客户的合作伙伴关系以完成年度集团客户销售及利润预算;创造性地向集团客户及其它重点客户推销佳得安的产品及服务,增强佳得安对现有集团客户及其它重点客户的渗透力,识别佳得安能满足的集团客户及重点客户的其它需求;

Build good relationship of mutual trust and win-win result with accounts, maintain positive interaction. Assist the team members in well communicating with the middle-level or higher level manager in account company to establish fine cooperation.
与客户建立相互信赖、双赢的合作关系,保持良好的互动,协助团队成员与客户中层或以上管理人员保持良好沟通,建立良好合作关系;
Negotiate profitable cooperation agreement with corporate accounts, ensure new agreement with no damage to former agreed price.
洽谈盈利的集团客户及重点客户合作协议,确保新协议不危害以往协议价格;
Understand the objectives and enterprise culture of corporate and other key accounts, and how these impacts Guardian. Keep informed on corporate and other key accounts’ personnel and policy changes. Analyze the influence and deliver those information to relative employees in Guardian.
理解集团客户及其它重点客户的需求及企业文化,了解这些信息将对佳得安生意产生何种影响;了解集团客户及其它重点客户的公司政策及人员变动信息,分析并将这些信息及时传达给佳得安相应人员;
Effectively transmit corporate and other key accounts’ needs to the other colleagues, Resolve problems between the corporate accounts and Guardian. Effectively coordinate product application, on-site survey, contract sign and implementation, price adjustment, equipment setting, payment receiving ,etc..
将集团客户及其它重点客户的需求有效地与相关同事进行沟通,解决集团客户与佳得安间出现的问题;有效协调产品使用、现场调研、合同签订及执行、价格调整、设备安装、货款催收等相关事宜;
Seek excellence, provide the highest standard of service to corporate and other key accounts, change service into product. Conduct quarterly and monthly service review to interpret corporate accounts of their requirements effectively.
“追求卓越”,为集团客户及其它重点客户提供最高标准的服务,将“服务商品化“;通过季度、月度服务回顾及讲演有效地向集团客户解释他们的需求所在;
Assist KA Director in efficient communication with corporate accounts.
协助大客户总监与集团客户管理进行高效率地沟通。

Requirements
任职资格
Bachelor or above degree, major in hospitality management, marketing or relative field will be preferred.
学士或以上学位,酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先考虑;
At least 4 year sales experience in hotel, hotel supplier or relative industries; with abroad work experience will be preferred.
有4年以上从事酒店及酒店相关行业的销售经验;有海外工作经验者优先考虑;
Fluent spoken and written English. Strong ability in English expression. CET-6 or above.
英语口语及书写流利,表达能力强,大学英语六级或以上水平;
Good team player, good at project operation and interpersonal communication.
优秀的团队合作精神,项目运作能力及沟通能力;
High degree of responsibility, good at resolving problems independently, planning and organization.
高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力,优秀的计划组织能力。
