Job Responsibilities:

1.Support SM HQ to monitor supplier to implement order placement procedure within critical path. Ensure vendors’ capacity and greige preparation can accommodate our needs.on-time delivery . Analyse supplier's mill capacity and overall seasonal calendar to ensure suppliers are meeting SM requirements. Establish and maintain capacity planning tool to support delivery tracking. Provide regular assessment of supplier’s delivery performance. 支持sportmaster总部去监督统筹供应商下单流程， 确保供应商的产能和坯布准备能达到我们按时发货的要求。分析供应商工厂的产能情况以及整体的季度日程表用来确保供应商能够达到sportmaster的要求。 用确立和维持产能计划的方法来跟踪交货情况。定期评估供应商的交货表现。

2.Monitor delivery performance according to SM seasonal goals and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Act as liaison between material suppliers and garment vendors under your management. Coordinate any conflicts concerning production delivery, quantity replacement , contract signing and order status. 根据sportmaster季度目标去监督供应商的交货情况，确保准确及时的报告情况。作为面辅料供应商和成衣供应商的联络人。当他们之间发生任何有关生产交货，生产数量的变换，合同签订和订单状态的争端时，去管理和协调双方。

3.Support HQ to track salesman sample process. Collect and review signed SMS orders between suppliers and garment vendors to ensure sample execution on established timelines. Conduct weekly order status review with suppliers until material order completion, and update to HQ and garment merchandising team SHO. 支持总部去追踪销样的生产进程。 收集和检查面辅料供应商和成衣供应商签订的销样订单以确保样品的按时完成。周期性的管理的订单情况直到整个面辅料订单完成，更新的情况汇报给总部以及上海办的成衣跟单小组。

4.Support HQ to track bulk production process. Collect and review signed contract between suppliers and garment vendors to ensure sample execution on established timelines. Conduct weekly order status review with suppliers until material order completion, and update to HQ and garment merchandising team SHO. 支援总部去跟踪大货生产进程。 收集和检查面辅料供应商和成衣供应商签订的合同以确保样品的按时完成。周期性的管理的订单情况直到整个面辅料订单完成，更新的情况汇报给总部以及上海办的成衣跟单小组。

5.Training suppliers SM material forecast, SMS, and bulk production process. Provide suppliers SM key seasonal calendar dates before 1st SMS stage. 对供应商进行有关sportmaster面辅料预估，销样以及大货生产流程的相关培训。在第一轮销样之前提供sportmaster季度日程表的主要日期给供应商。

6.Other work assigned by manager 完成经理交于的其他工作

Qualifications:

1.Language Abilities 语言要求: Good written English ability, fluent oral English is prior. 良好的写作能力以及流利的英语口语

2.Computer Skills 电脑技能: Skillful at MS office software, special Excel. Know well about ERP/PDM/EDI is prior. 熟练办公软件，尤其是excel表格。 了解ERP/PDM/EDI软件。

3.Working Experience 工作经验要求: 3 years experience in the textiles or apparel field including 2 year production planner or coordinator experience. 在纺织行业或服装领域有三年的工作经验，包括二年的生产计划或协调员的工作经验。 4.Education & Training 教育 & 培训水平: College or above degree in textiles, apparel business or related field . Or two additional years of experience is generally acceptable in lieu of a degree level education. 大专及以上学历，纺织，成衣或相关专业，或者是两年额外的工作经验来代替学历要求。

5.Additional Requirements 额外要求: Must have strong understanding of manufacturing process, including sourcing, development, production and quality control. Attention to detail and organization is key. Ability to focus on day to day issues, as well as foresee problems, and take corrective action before they occur, problem solve. Ability to analyse data, trends and problem solving.
