RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Day-to-day communications with customers, overseas colleagues and internal traders.
负责日常与客户、海外同事和公司内部交易员沟通联系。
2.Assist traders to address market bids/offers, negotiate contract terms and send trading confirmations internally and externally if needed.
负责协助交易员确认市场的询盘与报价、合同条款的确认、如有需要对内对外确认交易信息。
3. Monitor the execution of sales contracts by logistics and contract control team, and always be ready to solve problems, if any.
负责通过物流和合同跟进小组来监督销售合同的执行，并随时解决突发问题。
4. Post sale coordination with Origins & Buyers on Shipments, Documentation & Problem Solving.
负责销售业务的跟进，包括原产地发货、买家方的物流、证件资料准备和问题的解决。
5. Follow up the whole documentation procedure strictly.
负责保证所有文件的妥善准备和程序严格执行。
6. Preparation of internal reports & MIS.
负责准备各种内部报表和报告。

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Advanced excel skills, fluent in English, College degree above with the major in Logistics, English or International Trade
熟练操作EXCEL,英语听说读写流利，物流、英语和国际贸易专业专科以上学历。
2. 2 or 3 years related trading / logistic working experience is a advantage.
2到3年贸易或物流方面工作经验尤佳。
3. Self-motivated individual looking to work in rewarding, passionate environment;
自我激励，并期望在充满活力环境中工作。
4. Integrity and complies with professional code of ethics;
诚信、遵守职业道德准则。
5. Good communication skills internally and externally as a team member;
善于与内部同事、外部合作者沟通。
6. Good interest in agricultural commodities especially cotton is preferred.
对农产品感兴趣，对棉花感兴趣尤佳。
