Purpose for the Job：

To provide IT project Install and maintain stable environment to support business goals.

Principal Accountabilities：

  

1. Organizes and directs all IS related activities (including JS plant) in a proper way according to requirements of pulcra guideline/policies.

  

2. Timely maintain all IT related facilities (hardware, software, network/telephone system etc.) and make sure it is in good condition and working in all time.

  

3. Timely make record if there are some changes in terms of “server” setting etc.

  

4. Timely implement group/regional IS projects if any.

  

5. Actively implement IS investment projects based on the requirements of Pulcra China.

  

6. Timely provide IS services to business unit and functional department according to the requirements and properly manage the performance of 3rd party IS service providers.

  

7. Rationally allocate IS resource (computer/printer etc.) and maximize of usage.

  

8. Act as bridge of communication between SAP key users and Pulcra consultants.

  

9. Responsibility for IS budget planning and monitoring.

  

10. Accomplish job-related tasks assigned temporally from supervisor.

Requirements:

College degree or above.

More than 3 years related IS support experience in English working environment.
