1. 在双方最后确认前准备销售建议书和生产安装合同；Prepare sales proposal and production and installation contract before final confirmation by clients;
2. 合同一经双方确认后跟进；Follow up the contract after confirmed by clients;
3. 在公司和客户确认了所有项目后再发布合同，然后打印；Issue the contract after the company and customer have confirmed all the projects, and then print it
4. 费用申请（包括媒体和生产成本）不同的付款期；Payment application (including media and production costs).
5. 更新销售合同清单并出具相关公函；Update sales contract list and issue relevant official letter.
6. 协助销售人员与客户及其他部门沟通；Assist sales to communicate with customers and other departments;
7. 部门领导交代的其他相关工作。Other relevant work as assigned by department head.

任职要求：

1．  本科以上学历；

2．  工作认真负责，能够在压力下工作，并能按时完成工作；

3．  流利的英语口语和书写能力，熟练使用微软办公软件，尤其是word、excel和PPT；

4．  优秀的团队合作能力和跨多个团队工作的能力。
