岗位职责

1、负责公司海运出口操作，并解决各种疑难问题，使货物及时、安全、顺利地运输；

2、负责联系客户、海外代理，接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

3、内部沟通协调：对于客户订单要求，及时和仓储及运输沟通，达到客户目标；

4、负责业务档案的整理和归档，费用的核算、确认和跟踪等后续工作；

5、负责完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求

1、一年以上国际货海运操作工作经验，熟悉国际货运代理行业专业理论知识；

2、较好的英文水平，可以和国外代理或客户进行邮件及电话沟通；

3、性格开朗、为人诚信、工作仔细认真，服务意识强，善于与客户沟通，执行力强，可以独立操作本岗位的流程，正确面对工作压力；

4、 具有国外指定货操作工作经验的，优先考虑；

5、具备协调以及解决问题的能力和良好的团队精神。
