岗位职责：

根据目标为品牌线上店铺群作整体流量规划与策略制定

监督执行流量规划方案并跟进调整，以达到最优ROI

效挖掘、整理、分析各类数据，并对各渠道流量价值进行评估，适时调整优化流量策略，对店铺各阶段面对的问题，提出有效的解决方案

了解竞店行情动态，对竞品店铺进行数据采集、评估与分析，然后优化调整。

其他日常沟通对接类工作

任职要求：

大专及以上学历，3年或以上类目运营推广实操经验

熟悉主流电商平台运营和流量环境，具备流量渠道规划及监督执行能力

具备推广相关工具的指导及培训能力，精通主流电商平台搜索优化及相关规则

具有较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据指导流量精细化运营

工作认真负责,有良好的团队合作精神,良好的分析与沟通协调能力，富有责任心、上进心，抗压能力强
