Job responsibilities:

• Responsibility for Online sales operation and planning.
• Responsibility for Online sell out activation and drive business from data .
• Responsibility for online AOP and LV updated, weekly tracking for sales number/contract target/product agreement and coordinate with other supporting team to achieve sales commitment.
• Understanding the pain point and process of external/internal stakeholder, continuous improve operation excellent with internal and external process optimization.
• Manage sales forecast and MTP accuracy, deep understanding the market trends and pipeline situation, cooperate with sales team/marketing/logistic to improve forecast accuracy.
• Strong sell out mindset and understand online market trends.
• Execute online commercial policy, weekly check the execution situation of running project.
• Manage online store authorization & evaluation, Responsibility for price waterfall and internal pricing management. Manage counterfeit and other IP issue.
• Responsibility for internal/external training.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in relevant major
• Minimum 8 years’ experience at E-commerce area in MNC or E-commerce agencies
• Strong customer focus and knowledge in business
• Deep understanding of Tmall operation and know how to drive sell out and No.1 ranking
• Background in digital marketing would be preferred
• Experience in durable consumption industry or home appliance related brand will be a plus
• Self-motivated, actionable, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work
• Good user knowledge of PC software
