岗位描述：

Job description:

1、 生产失效品分析 Production failure parts analysis

1) 根据失效品分析流程, 对所有失效产品做100%检测分析,并提供分析报告供责任部门改进; According to the standard failure analysis process, do 100% testing and analysis to all failure products, and provide analysis report for the responsible departments to improve;

2) 对失效品分析流程进行更新和补充; Update and supplement to the process of failure analysis;

2、早期质量报警及主动批次放行支持; Sport the process of EWS and ALR

1) 及时分析反馈初步失效分析结果,协助生产线快速复线; Analyze and feedback the preliminary failure analysis results in time to assist the production line to quickly recover after EWS activated;

2) 汇总反馈所有失效信息,按失效严重度逐级反馈,协助产品主动批次放行; Aggregate feedback of all failure information and escalation step-by- step, assist the process of product active lot release;

3、 生产支持 manufacture support

当生产线发生生产质量问题时,需在生产现场协助生产线共同寻找事故原因、排除故障; When quality issue happened on line, cooperate with production line colleagues to find the cause of the accident, and do troubleshooting;

4、 培训Training

根据分析流程和产品检测标准,对返修分析人员进行分析和检测方法的培训和指导。According to the analysis process and product testing standard, train and instruct the re-worker to do the basic failure analysis.

5、失效分析实验室设备管理Management of the equipment in failure analysis center Lab

失效分析实验仪器设备维护管理,定期标定保养;根据实际情况,撰写失效分析设备操作指导; Failure analysis experiment equipment maintenance and regular calibration; according to the actual situation, writing failure analysis equipment operation guidance for re-work operator;

岗位要求：

Job Requirements:

1、 电气自动化控制、机电一体化、电子信息工程等相关专业专科及以上学历; Full-time college or above, majored in automatic control, motor integration, electrical engineering, and so on;

2、 能够适应早晚翻班工作模式(做六休二,每班12小时); Can work with shift mode(morning shift and night shift, 12 hours each shift, four shifts work and two shifts rest);

3、 熟练运用各种测试仪表(万用表\示波器\信号发生产等),能独立解决和分析问题; Proficiency in the use of a variety of test instruments(Multimeter \Oscilloscope\Signal generator), can solve and analysis problems independently;

4、 理解基本电子元器件工作原理：例如电阻,电容,电感,运放电路,变压器等元器件;　Understand the working principle of basic electronic components: such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, op amp circuits, transformers and other components;

5、 熟悉单片机原理和周边硬件电路,有较好的数模电路、信号与系统基础知识; 理解基础的单片机数据通信协议,例如SPI,CAN通信,有单片机电子产品硬件相关学习工作经历优先考虑; Familiar with single chip microcomputer principle and hardware circuit, and have a good knowledge of digital analog circuit, signal and system basic; Understand the basic data communication protocol, such as SPI, CAN communication, and　relevant learning and working experience will be a plus;
