ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Meet personal sales target as established

- Plan, prepare, maintain and evaluate customer contacts.

- Report results of customer and past & future activities to supervisor on a regular basis.

- Carry out customized training and workshops.

- Build contacts with customer and identify and influence decision makers / opinion leaders.

- Build contacts with consultancy and technical bureaus to obtain best possible support, within his/her geographical area of responsibility.

- Monitor and observe markets (competitors, customer needs, etc.).

- Coordinate internal and external communication.

- Coordinate sales and services activities with internal and external organizations where related to customers in his/her geographical area of responsibility.

- Promote BV product portfolio.

- Ensure consultative sales (supported by services).

- Help developing and possibly implementing sales-stimulating activities (for example direct mail, telemarketing, seminars and conventions).

- Support the development of existing sales information systems as well as sales information.

- ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

- ** Other tasks assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level with engineering discipline

- Working experience: more than 3 year of sales or business development experience in industrial equipment inspection, certification or manufacturing industry. The candidate with experience and clients in pressure equipment industry is preferred.

- Good communication skills and business awareness

- High sense of responsibility and team spirit

- English and local language skills

- Basic PC skills

- ** Good health is required
