职位描述
Job title: Loyalty & Partnership Manager
Function: Marketing and Sales
Reports to: Marketing Director
Sub Function: China division Level
Location: Shanghai, China
Job purpose: Establish memberships database & memberships marketing
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 8]:
-Create CRM strategy & develop memberships loyalty programs
-Work closely with marketing & IT team to establish required connections with partners
-Liaison with agencies on project bases
-Develop partnerships opportunities on either increasing more members or member benefits
-Manage memberships marketing campaigns
-Monitor & analyze CRM activities for optimization purposes
Skills, know-how and experience [max 8]: Must have: ·
-Extensive experience in CRM & loyalty programs ·
-Experience in developing partnerships campaigns ·
-Excellent communication and presentation skills ·
-Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese ·
-Small team management experience ·
-Keep an open mind when listening to feedback Love travelling
Preferred: ·
-Agency working experience Technical / professional qualifications: Bachelor degree holder
