职位描述
Scope of Role:
§ Provide HR service and delivery support locally to Client Care Centre
§ Support HR team on talent development, engagement, and retention
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis on compensation, benefit, and attrition to provide insight for reference and action plan
- Report preparation on headcount, attrition, payroll and benefit for reference and presentation
- Local support of HR service delivery to staff, anwsering enquiries, providing advices
- New hire orientation on HR policies and procedures
- Exit interview for analysis and action plan
- Acting as bridge with country and region Service Delivery and backend on HR operations
- Process review together with other HR functions when required
- Participation in initiative establishment and implementation to support people agenda for talent development, engagement, and retention
- Coordination with vendor and local government authorities on employment related affairs when necessary
- Other ad-hot tasks assigned
Risk Management
§ Reference all responsibilities under Risk Management Framework – both execution and supervisory
§ Assess related business risk and process risk then put in place necessary mitigation controls. Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility
Anti-Money Laundry Prevention
- Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties
Regulatory & Business Conduct
§ Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
§ Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
§ Bachelor degree or above, 6-8 years in human resources with at least 2 years in compensation and benefit
§ Strong in application of Office tools especially Excel

§ Self-motivated, being accountable for results
