Job Duties:


In charge or the engineering team building, team member training and improvement, improve the performance of them.
in charge of new project development include the customer project, cooperation service and sale team coordination, new product manufacturing process design and the product Cost model, BOM and production yield control.
Initiate the process improvement,follow up production process and guide operators to improve process and production Yield continuously;
Solve engineering problems occurring in manufacturing and develop the engineering capability to meet both of the customer and the manufacturing. Maintenance the equipment and facility and meet production requirement, equipment management
In charge of technical document management: drawing,the manufacturing process document and maintain engineering database;
In charge of the team-member training and national or global technical communication.


Recruitment:

Above 32 years old, good health, strong communication, computer(AutoCAD), english
Strong leadship, independently, work under pressure,honesty and fair
At least 3 years engineering team management experience and project management
In the printing industry and equipment maintenance
bachelor and above,Speciality : Print or mechanic or autocontrol and relational major
