岗位名称：物流客服 Logistics Customer Service

人员编制：合同物流部/上海分公司

工作地点：浦东机场仓库

工作职责：

1.负责物流具体业务操作，完成合同样本制作，进行相关财务结算

2.对正式推出的物流和项目产品进行跟踪、维护和数据统计

3.协助物流主管做好业务培训和质量管理方面的工作

4.作为客户沟通窗口，确保内、外部沟通顺畅

岗位要求：

1.在国际货代行业担任至少3年以上物流客服相关经验

2.具备优秀的客户沟通技巧

3.高度的工作热忱及客户服务理念，具亲和力

4.具备良好的英文听说写能力

5.浦东机场仓库上班，有班车

6.欢迎物流专业背景、英语较好的应届毕业生应聘。
