职位描述
- Manage preclinical development programs;
- Understand and study the science behind the target/compound and the program, design/plan/manage/execute the pharmacokinetic, pharmacological and toxicological studies to support the IND filing to FDA/cFDA.
- Master in biology/pharmacology or a related field is needed and experience in regulatory/development is a must; PhD degree is a plus.
- Communication skills and proficiency in English is essential.
