Title: UFHH Receptionist 和睦家家庭医疗前台

Facility: UFHH

Summary of Responsibilities: Clinic reception and clerical duties.

Supervision Received: UFHH Operation Coordinator, UFHH Operation Manager

Supervision Exercised: None

Qualifications: High school graduate, higher education preferred. Working experience in health organization is desirable

Skills:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment.
  • Excellent oral and written English and Chinese.
  • Good computer skill.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Good customer service skill.
  • Caring in mature manner nature, organized and service oriented.
  • Be a team worker

Knowledge:

Good command of both English and Chinese.

Computer skills—Proficient in basic computer skills including e-mail, MS program, word and excel.

Outpatient clinic operation and clerical duties


Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and check patients in; update patient’s information on hospital healthcare information system.
  • Handle incoming calls; take messages and route messages to appropriate party.
  • Set and maintain physician/clinic appointments.
  • Manage daily clinic activities through hospital healthcare information system.
  • Prepare medical files and related forms.
  • Check and ensure the accuracy of the patient registration details & document completion.
  • Maintain reception area clean and tidy. Maintain the waiting area tidy and clean.
  • Assist physicians and nurses on patient communication, and help filling the medical record
  • Hospital policy and procedure conduct
  • Order and maintain all the clinical forms available for department
  • Record and track on outpatient clinic activities.
  • Able to accomplish the assigned work independently.
  • Have good communication skills between clinical and administration staff.
  • Has positive good working attitude and be willing to take challenged work
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


Position: ITS Helpdesk

Responsibilities
1.Monitors and initiates daily workflow of user support
2.Ensures that all user issues are resolved within established guidelines and that users receive the highest level of customer service
3.Responds to telephone calls and e-mail messages including the process of logging calls and messages, provides assistance, initiates referrals, implements escalations, and provides follow-up with users
4.Provides hands-on help to users using troubleshooting procedures & techniques, guidance, instruction and other actions as required
5.Assists in overseeing regularly scheduled testing and review of hardware and software to ensure potential problems are identified at earliest possible point and takes or recommends appropriate action to resolve problems
6.Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Qualifications and Skills
1.Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2.Minimum of two years of progressive experience in ensuring end-user satisfaction with IT systems preferably in health care industry
3.Strong interpersonal phone and e-mail skills
4.Ability to function effectively in a hectic and stressful environment
5.Ability to multi-task and follow through with user requests for assistance
6.Strong knowledge of the IT environment including industry terminology, particularly windows 2003/XP server/client software
7.Knowledge of Outlook/Exchange; MS Windows; MS Office applications; browser; and hardware/software troubleshooting
8.A working knowledge of networking particularly TCP/IP.
9.Must possess strong, documented attention to details and customer satisfaction
10.Excellent spoken and written English
11.Excellent communications skills
