Title: Night shift Cashier
Supervision Received: Reports to the Cashier Manager
Qualifications:
?College education preferred
?Good oral and written English
Skills:
?Good communication skills
?Professional etiquette
?Independent decision-making skills
?Ability to respond to patients on credit matters in a courteous fashion
Responsibilities:
?Calculate medical expenses for patients according to pricing standard
?Collect payments and co-payment from patients
?Collect outstanding bills according to the alerts
?Follow the unpaid policy if patients unable to pay
?Help patients fill in claim forms
?Keep correct copies of bills for filing
?Check and submit daily cash collection
?Settle daily accounts in PIMS
?Take care of assigned petty cash and ensure the total is correct and sign on the handover book. Report it immediately if there is deficiency.
?Check and update patients'IC information at each visit
?Execute super-bill reconciliation process
?Help third party payers check related medical expenses
?Help patients with cashiering related inquiries
?Direct patients to right person for non-cashiering related inquiries
?Check the AR list and the cash report for Shunyi, immigration and JGM clinic
?Check self-pay bills against PIMS
?Pick out and hand over daily problem and incomplete bills to the in-charge staff
?Group daily bills
?Submit daily bills to Billing for filing
?Comply with other assignments by supervisor/manager
