Summary of Responsibilities:


Develop and implement operations for United Family Home Health, including logistics of home nursing visits, vehicle management, IT operations, and workflows within UFHH. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of UFHH. Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

UFHH Receptionists, drivers

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Bilingual—Chinese and English
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

Responsibilities:

· Develop, document, and implement workflows across the UFHH organization, including but not limited to processes for:

o Booking and confirming appointments at UFHH

o Dispatching nurses for UFHH appointments, including routing

o Maintaining vehicles and scheduling drivers

o Entering information into TrakCare

o Responding to patient issues, complaints and suggestions

o Dispatching nurses for UFHH appointments, including routing

· Managing the day-to-day operational issues at UFHH

· Constantly improve UFHH operations to make them more efficient and customer-friendly

· Work with marketing to combine UFHH visits with marketing opportunities

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

· Coordinate maintenance of office equipment

· Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash

Position: ITS Helpdesk

Responsibilities
1.Monitors and initiates daily workflow of user support
2.Ensures that all user issues are resolved within established guidelines and that users receive the highest level of customer service
3.Responds to telephone calls and e-mail messages including the process of logging calls and messages, provides assistance, initiates referrals, implements escalations, and provides follow-up with users
4.Provides hands-on help to users using troubleshooting procedures & techniques, guidance, instruction and other actions as required
5.Assists in overseeing regularly scheduled testing and review of hardware and software to ensure potential problems are identified at earliest possible point and takes or recommends appropriate action to resolve problems
6.Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Qualifications and Skills
1.Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2.Minimum of two years of progressive experience in ensuring end-user satisfaction with IT systems preferably in health care industry
3.Strong interpersonal phone and e-mail skills
4.Ability to function effectively in a hectic and stressful environment
5.Ability to multi-task and follow through with user requests for assistance
6.Strong knowledge of the IT environment including industry terminology, particularly windows 2003/XP server/client software
7.Knowledge of Outlook/Exchange; MS Windows; MS Office applications; browser; and hardware/software troubleshooting
8.A working knowledge of networking particularly TCP/IP.
9.Must possess strong, documented attention to details and customer satisfaction
10.Excellent spoken and written English
11.Excellent communications skills
